Plain and simple...

“If it can be thought, it can be shot”. The famous Stanley Kubrick quote is what made me be interested in every possibilities of audiovisual work. This has also been my path through this profession: I graduated as a Director of Photography but started working as Assistant Director at Alejandro González Iñarritu’s production company (Z Film), then expanded to editing and postproduction. When I moved to Barcelona I started experimenting with Animation and Visual Effects.

At the same time, I began to work as a director: short films, music videos, fashion films, animation and, of course, commercials and TV ids. I feel very comfortable working with heavy visual products, fashion, acting-oriented or storytelling… always with experimentation in mind. As my director career was taking of, I also started working as a freelance VFX compositor for European high-end companies like Vectorsoul (Spain), CustomEFX (Spain), Boolab (Spain), Vando Studio (Spain), Dvein (Spain), GridFX (Belgium), GhostVFX (Denmark) or Hoxton Redsox (London).

At this moment I live mostly in Mexico City but work also for the U.S. and European market. I’m happily in postproduction of my first feature film and happy to see what else does life bring.
